Elite Cuisine Ltd is a catering company specialising in providing high-quality food and services to the corporate and private sectors. The company is owned, managed, and run by Ian Shannon (Director/Head Chef) and Ber O’Donovan (Director/Event Co-Ordinator/Admin) along with a growing team and has been successfully expanding since ’04.
We also produce homemade products made fresh in our purpose-built kitchen at Monahan Road which are available through a network of local stores and supermarkets.
Our ethic is labour-oriented to utilise our skills and finest ingredients to make our food stand out from the rest.

Every function is treated as unique and attention to all detail is paramount to us from food sourcing, handling, and presentation to set up and professional services provided. All food distributed from our kitchen is prepared and cooked following recipes by Ian, (Owner, Head Chef) so that there is total consistency upheld.
Our daily delivery requirements to clients are always correctly and professionally carried out with all health and food hygiene standards being complied with.

We can tailor a package to your specific requirements, whether it be a BBQ, a hot/cold buffet, or a formal sit-down affair our professional team can manage all aspects of your wedding including staffing and catering equipment.
