Ber, Ian and the whole team were a dream to deal with from start to finish. They are very responsive and organised which is exactly what we needed. From the moment I first rang to the time all the plates, cutlery was collected, the service was 100%professional. We ordered food for both adults and kids and the food was top notch. Elite Cuisine was highly complemented by all our guests who enjoyed the food. Ber was so helpful with the choice of menu and accompanying salads. Chef Paul was amazing on the day setting everything up and cooking the food to perfection. Our 70 plus guests enjoyed themselves immensely and because Elite Cuisine were taking care of everything we, as hosts, were able to enjoy the delicious food and spend all our time with our guests. She came up to my house went through menu options with me and gave me advice on how to work the day. She also recommended Axis Marquee to me who were also fantastic and put up a fine size Marquee in my garden still leaving room for the bouncy castle.<\/p>\n<p>On the day itself a team of 3 lovely young ladies arrived from Elite. They set up the food served drinks, cleared away the hot food and served dessert.&nbsp; From the moment they arrived they blended in with my family and friends and were the nicest professional group of catering staff you could hope to meet. I literally felt like a guest at my own party there was nothing for me to do they were just super.<\/p>\n<p>We opted for the BBQ menu, ribs, burgers, sausages, chicken plain and Cajun and salads. For us, they really did excel, especially in four key areas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Food:<\/strong> Elite Cuisine served up a scrumptious starter and canap\u00e9s, and a piping hot, delicious main course. Every one of our 50 guests raved about the food, commenting that it was extremely tasty, roasting hot, and there was plenty of it! Our guests especially enjoyed the canap\u00e9s served during the drinks reception.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Staff:<\/strong> Accommodating would be an understatement! Nothing was too big a job for the team. The staff on the day were absolute professionals. They were courteous, cooperative, friendly and polished. Not only did they serve the food, they also decorated the marquee exquisitely for the main meal and kept the entire place in ship shape throughout the day. They weren\u2019t just caterers on the day, they actually helped manage the wedding.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pre Planning:<\/strong> Ber was the most professional, accommodating caterer we had met. She met us in a hotel near our workplace and instantly put our minds at rest. She gave us lots of options to suit our taste and budget, and she also helped us source vendors for the wine and furniture. Elite Cuisine invited us their premises to try the menu before hand, and really went out of their way to understand what we where trying to achieve on the day so that they could best support us.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Value for money<\/strong>: The best value for money!!! From our first meeting it was obvious that Ber O\u2019Donovan and Ian, the chef, fully understood what we needed. They offered us a wonderful choice of starters and main course and they accepted readily our request to provide the deserts ourselves. They guided us on our choice of food. We arranged for them to deliver the food about an hour before the guests were to arrive. All was put into place very quietly and efficiently. The starter was plated up and put ready on the tables and the hot main course left in chaffing dishes with instructions and extra heaters so that the food would keep warm as long as we needed. They also provided the necesssary servers and then went away. The guests were delighted with the meal. Comments were made that the expectation of caterers is rather bland ordinary food, but not in this case. There was absolutely no food left on the plates at the end and many came up for second helpings! We had many compliments about it all. Finally, we left the empty containers, chaffing dishes and servers at the venue and these were collected without any fuss on the following Monday. I would highly recommend Elite Cuisine to anyone thinking of organising an event.
